It's pretty late.
Today I have stroked the cats, cooked the best omelet of my life, watched some wrestling and stroked the cats a little bit more.
The cats are a million times braver than they where just three days ago. Last night they ate their dinner off of my lap! For supposedly wild 'feral' cats they are pretty wimpy and haven't scratched or bitten me yet (I have so obviously just jinxed myself). After their tea Stagger Lee (the tabby) snuggled in his bed in front of the radiator and Crow Jane rolled and fussed about on the carpet enticing me to stroke him, something I have so far resisted. Well this morning I attempted a little stroke on Crow Janes head and although he stopped eating and looked at me with "DON'T TRY THAT AGAIN' eyes, he didn't run away and finished his breakfast standing on my lap.
Hmmphfff I'm still not so sure this blogging thing is my cup of tea.
These are the two kitties we are going to adopt in the next couple of weeks. They are eight month old semi-feral brothers. Rob and I have decided to rename them Crow Jane and Stagger Lee, I seriously cannot wait to get their skinny butts home!!
